Germany

After much deliberation, I think we have finally decided what to do about the Germany trip. Instead of seeing the WHOLE country in one trip, we will just do part of it. I don't think there is anyway in hell I would manage to get 3 weeks off from Dillards. One week is much more do-able. I could just quit the job, but I really don't want to. It's an easy job and I am already addicted to the discount! I am also enjoying clothes again and dressing nice and wearing makeup. I don't want to quit. Yet. There may come a day soon that I will, but for now I don't want to.

So we have decided to just go Jan 27 until Feb 5. We will just drive through the Rhine and Mosel Valley. We will do Bavaria and Prague and Berlin and the Romantic Road on another trip. There will be more trips. I am not giving up traveling. I have been too depressed about it lately.

So there. That's settled.

I have also been itching for a ski trip. But I think for this year, we will be content to do Perfect North Slopes in Indiana. Maybe next year we will do Lake Tahoe again. That was a fun trip.
